REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled for all services provided by The LAN Chef.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Private Chef Services & Catering:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit.

  • Cancellations made 48–72 hours prior will be refunded 50% of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

 

Meal Prep Services:

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Short-notice cancellations may be charged in full due to food and prep costs.

 

Cooking Classes:

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the class.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited payment.

 

RESCHEDULING

We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling when possible. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to make a change, and we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for both parties.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If a service cannot be delivered due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will issue a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

EXCEPTIONS

We reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions in emergencies or under extenuating circumstances.
